2.1 Contact & Order Forms
When you submit an order or contact request we collect: name, company name, email address, country, selected plan, and any message you provide. This data is used solely to process your request and deliver the service.
2.2 Server Access Logs
Our web servers automatically record: IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamp. Logs are retained for 14 days and used exclusively for security and technical diagnostics.
2.3 Account & Billing Data
Once a service contract is established we process: contact details, company and tax information, and payment records necessary for invoicing. This data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 10 years in accordance with German commercial law (§ 257 HGB).
2.4 Service Telemetry
We collect anonymous uptime and availability metrics from the infrastructure we operate on your behalf. These metrics contain no personal data.
3. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — processing necessary for the performance of a contract (order fulfilment, service delivery, billing).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
